Join us for Root & Rise-Friday Yoga Class at Southern Strain Brewing-Plaza Midwood! Start your Friday off right with a rejuvenating yoga session. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels. Come flow with us and find your inner zen in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Join us for an energizing and relaxing yoga session at Southern Strain Plaza Midwood Located at 1800 Central Avenue. Our trained instructors will guide you through a fun and dynamic flow that suits all levels of experience. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting your yoga journey, this event is for you! So grab your mat, bring a friend, and get ready to sweat and stretch in a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere. Hang around afterwards to enjoy beers, craft beer cocktails, kombucha, coffee or other NA options.

Every Tuesday at 6:30.   Four legged friends are welcome too!  Multiple routes for all levels.   Choose from 1, 3, 4, or 5+ mile routes around beautiful Plaza Midwood and Country Club Hills Neighborhoods. Stick around for a beer or other non-alcohol options and fellowship at Southern Strain Brewing.
